Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. Mostly a good service but some bathroom work had to be re-done because the plan wasn't followed. Their communication wasn't good and things that they said would be done were not. I was surprised to find they were storing their equipment in the new bath. Fortunately, no damage was done. Overall rating 3.

Excellent team, from the person who came out to quote to the people doing the job. We had a family bathroom and ensuite re-fitted, and the team massively contributed ideas as to what we could do, but also carried out the work sympathetic to the fact we were still living here and needed a bathroom, even though that made the job longer. Chris contacted me immediately, met me that evening and commenced work within days - v efficient. The completed work was done to a high standard and the property was left neat and tidy (v, refreshing for tradesman!!) They will advise on work that would be useful but leave the final decision to you which illustrates their knowledge in their field of work.
