Shah was so reliable, experienced and polite. He made suggestions that helped us without pressuring us into anything or imposing on us. The work was all carried out as agreed quickly and he worked long days to get it all done. The changes we made were added onto our bill at the end and were far lower than I had been expecting. We’ll definitely have Shah back for the next phase of our renovation when we’re ready!

I needed a quick but complete bathroom refurbishment. After being messed about by 3 other plumbers, Andrei was the only person who seemed interested in the project. He was very thorough and made sure I was happy with the results. He was able to look at every part of the project (Flooring, bath & Toilet installment & tiling), and stuck to the budget and quote that was established.

It has been quite a while since he totally transformed my bathroom to an amazing wet room, sorry Laurance, ill health caused the delay, but that shower was a big help to me. Evident from the initial visit to assess the work and a good quote within our budget, to the entire process of completley rebuilding our bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Eduart, and his charming wife, were accommodating, punctual, personable and professional. Having sourced and collected my replacement radiator he did a great job installing it. My old system threw up a few tricky problems, none of which fazed him and all of which were tackled with skill, determination and patience.
