I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. The work that Dave did is to a very high standard. He took great care with the door and accessories and, most importantly, he is scrupulously clean. Unfortunately Val has let me down, spent the day ripping up previous flooring, furniture outside under the gazebo, texted him to confirm all ready at 17h45 that night, his reply was that he was now abroad on a family emergency. He could have told me this sooner, surely?! Airport lounge at the latest?! Sorry, no recommendation from me, communication is key.
