I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. Mk kitchen and bathrooms is a small family run business covering the essex area. We cover all aspects of kitchen, bathroom fitting and complete internal house refurbishments. Including carpenty, tiling, plumbing, plastering, painting and also electrical work.

Very slow, gave me anxiety and sleepless nights, took nearly 2 weeks to complete putting in new stair rails, would only pay on a daily rate hence the time taken. When another job came in he literally chucked the wood flooring down, never seen him move so quick. Job unfinished, but I didn't want him back.

After completing the work, this tradesman was not up to our expectations nor the spec that he quoted on. He under delivered on the quality and cut costly corners, only for us to pick up the pieces, cannot possibly recommend this tradesman!
