I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Whilst Kitchens are in my blood, I also specialise in Bathroom fitting. I’ve worked for all the big companies over the years (Homebase, B&Q, Ikea, Habitat, Wickes) and understand how daunting it can be choosing the right kitchen or bathroom fitter. I have the knowledge and experience that means you can put your mind at rest. I can either offer a fit only service right the way through to design and supply too. As part of your overall kitchen and bathroom project I can do tiling, plastering, electrics, gas, plumbing and decorating. If walls need to come down, not a problem as I can cover all building aspects too. I am very approachable and have a strong focus on customer service, I look forward to working with you.

We told Pedro what we wanted and he did some CGI images for us, we chatted on the phone about stuff and also things we liked. His attention to detail was brilliant, he worked quickly and kept us up to date with the projects development with pictures. Nothing was too much trouble, and we couldn't be happier with the completed job. In fact we have divided this project in two, phase one is now done and we will start phase two early next year. I'd highly recommend them and will be using them again in future for other jobs because of their good work and reliability on this one. Very grateful to have found good tradesman at last!
He agreed a fixed price for fixing the toilet that evening which was half of what other plumbers have suggested and it did not matter how long it took fix the toilet. He arrived on time. It was comfortable to have him around the house with young children. There was a problem with the rubber seal as well as the original issue. He still stuck with his original charge agreed on Friday evening and only charged me extra for parts. He's very honest and I would not hesitate to call him again.

I would definitely use Igor again. Positives were: - friendly & helpful - accommodated all our changes - good standard of work - stuck to Budget and I believe he genuinely did everything he could to help make our project affordable - has come back to investigate minor issues even after final payment There were some inevitable delays. Some were entirely our fault though - only improvement for future projects would be earlier warnings if delays foreseen.
