I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Thomas Howie are a company specialising in the design, manufacture and installation kitchens in the north west of England. Our in-house design team have years of experience and have designed some breath-taking kitchens at a fraction of the cost compared to some large national companies, you can take a look here. All of our kitchens are hand built by machined sheets from our factory based in Merseyside, our units are solid 22mm boards which are of a high quality and not like the brittle type you can purchase from well known super stores. I wanted to rate 6 stars but they won't let me! Dave and his team were 100% approachable , professional and did an amazing job at making a tired and frankly uninspiring house into a home. No job too small and careful attention to detail (which was important to me )throughout. Ran a bit over time wise but that wasn't a problem . An excellent job completed by Rob this weekend, he fitted 4 internal glazed doors and skirting boards to the majority of the ground floor and provided a perfect finish accross all aspects of the work. The guys were courteous and very tidy, I would definately recommend the company to anybody

We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

John came out on an agreed date to understand my requirements. Got back to me the next day with a £quote. Was able to fit me in and start work the following week. Did exactly as we agreed & tidied up afterwards, working tirelessly with his team in the summer sun. Happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy, reliable and repectful tradesperson. Job was demolition and removal of brick walls and shed debris. Two 8 tonne skips worth of brick and wood. Very happy with him, his team and his work.
