The job was a complete en-suite shower room renovation. The existing fixtures and fittings were removed and a complete new suite installed. This requires alterations to one of the walls to increase the size of the room, and plasterwork in the en-suite and adjoining room. The wall and floor were completely tiled and new lighting, shower, basin and WC were fitted. The reason that Wayne got the job was that he appeared very professional from the outset. He arrived right on time, was knowledgeable, willing to provide ideas and provided a detailed written quote and work schedule. He allowed me the option of choosing my own materials, which he would then purchase for me to save me any hassle. He dealt with the suppliers and took delivery of the goods. One other confidence booster is the fact that he didn't take a penny until the job was complete and I was completely satisfied. Once the job began, minor changes to the specification weren't a problem. Wayne accepted changes, and provided verbal cost updates if the change had a cost impact. I would have to say that he is more than fair in terms of the additional cost of his labour and didn't take a mark-up on materials. Throughout the job he was very punctual, and his work ethic was exceptional. He obviously takes great pride in what he does, and it shows in the finished product. I would certainly recommend Wayne.

Flexible when job changed as we went along. Got rid of rubbish for me and did a great job of cleaning up after himself.

Dan done a really good job with our laminate flooring, I couldnt fault the level of service provided. He gave us a reasonable price, I would highly recommend Dan to anyone. I would use him in the future for any other jobs I may need doing. ????

Did a tidy job considering wren surveyors poor measuring. Came back to complete the fitting of utilities the minute wren had been to install the worktop.

Excellent service! They called to discuss the job and arrived at the property very quickly. They explained the work needed and cost - and ensured they did a high quality job - even completing some other work needed at the same time. Jordi fitted a floor to ceiling bookcase in our living room. He has surpassed my expectations in everyway. He turned up on time, was polite and most importantly did a fantastic job. He fitted the bookcase and managed to find some skirting board to match my existing so that it's completely build in. It's exactly what I wanted and it's such a professional finish and I am very happy that I found him. He gave me some good advice for decorating and tidied up before he left too. P.S.He likes tea...lots of tea ;-)

Just so you know; Alan has 20 years experience of fitting kitchens but has only recently joined Rated People – hence the few ratings provided so far (which was the basis of my initial reservations). Alan provided a competitive quote and was thorough, helpful, professional and conscientious before, during and after the work was carried out. In short Alan was excellent and I would highly recommend him (I can't think of any more superlatives to use!)!
