I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Jack and Jason fitted 8 doors for me and built my tv/sound bar etc into a media wall. The tv wall is amazing - we are so pleased with their work. Both really pleasant young guys - especially Jason who can talk for Scotland and is just lovely; nothing is an issue for them. I would HIGHLY recommend them.

Avoid this company. Have mould in my roof as a result of the extractor fan being connected to nothing in the loft and water just collecting up there in a random tube. All bedrooms upstairs developing mould as a result. Corners were cut. Robert was asked to return and look at the damage to which he said he was too busy and would come the next morning at 9.30am has failed to show up at all. AVOID.

I contacted Micheal he came when he said he would ,gave me a quote in two days i aceptpted the quote ,said he had a job to Finnish. 5 weeks later I was contacting him regular sometimes I heard back other I did not ,he funnalky gave me a date to start 19 th June then to be told July I first counted him on the second week of May .he new we wanted job done before we went in holiday ,I had to ask fir money back and start again . I was really hurt as I really like him and there was only £100 difference

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

The plumber Completed my bathroom, there was a leak under the bath. I called the plumber and he said he would be here on Friday to fix it. After a week I am still waiting. Been calling and texting the guy everyday but no reply. Terrible service from them!
Tommy responded to my job add within a few hours and we agreed date and price for work to be undertaken. Work was completed on agreed date to very high standard with no mess. Extremely friendly and provided useful advice for future projects. Very pleased with end result of job and would certainly recommend to others.
