I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Pete was really responsive and helpful whilst we were choosing our worktops, sink, taps and breakfast bar pole. For the fitting, he was punctual, friendly, polite and knowledgeable. He removed the old worktops very cleanly and fitted the above to a very high standard, ensuring we were happy with every decision. He tidied up well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Came around and got measurements, went away and sent over quote for the job very quickly. Had another that was q touch cheaper however, from the conversation I had, believed that the job would be of a better quality through D&S and was glad with my decision. Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
