I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. Used to own timber treats floor restoration before a misdiagnosis made me sell.
Simon is a really nice guy. His communication was good, he carefully explained the materials options we had for our job. He turned up when he said he would, returned a couple of days later to complete it and did a really good job, thorough job of resurfacing our kitchen work top. Would certainly use him again

Attended promptly but did not conplete all the work I asked for. Just changed a fuse and replaced a light switch. When I asked him to return to complete the work he was very reluctant to do so.
