We hired Neil to plaster our lounge. Unfortunately he has left us with an uneven ceiling and at the time of payment it was difficult to see the finished job whilst the plaster was wet. We had a painter and decorator out to finish our room and he remarked about the finish. We phoned Neil and he did return, he also agreed the job was not up to standard. He offered to re do the room, however the painter had finished the room, so we asked Neil for a partial refund. After many phone calls this has not happened.

Rob contacted us promptly and gave an instant quote. The price was good and included the doors and fittings. He arrived on time and got stuck in straight away. Don’t think the job was straightforward as ours is an older house with all the problems that can bring but this didn’t faze him. He completed the work inside six hours and cleaned up after. Although a relatively new company they have good skill and detailed knowledge of plumbing tiling carpentry etc. We used Elm property services for a full bathroom renovation and a full cloakroom renovation. Within a few hours of the job going up Chris was here, it was a tougher job than expected as our leak was behind tiles. It turns out the kitchen filters had caught a pipe and tried to cover it rather than repair properly. Chris took photos and videos for our insurers resulting in a successful claim, he fixed the leak and also did everything he could to keep the cost down - testament to his honesty and years of experience. I 100% recommend him.
