We are running as Property Maintenance and Solutions, based in Allerton Bywater, West Yorkshire, however we travel thorough Yorkshire and other location to do the maintenance and refurbishment jobs.
Together, our strong dedicated workforce has over 15 years experience covering all aspects of the maintenance industry. Our aim is to provide an excellent quality services at competitive prices. We are able to carry out almost all types of maintenance work from minor day to day repairs, planned maintenance, to larger jobs including property renovations and refurbishment. We specialise in sub-contracting to letting agents, carrying out general repairs to tenanted and vacant properties. We pride ourselves on being the only maintenance contractor's working in conjunction with 'Reeds Rains’ estate agency and other few agencies. Whether you require an urgent repair or have planned building works, OWL Property Maintenance and Solutions will provide you with a personalized service. Work will be carried out on time, to the agreed budget with all works carried out by qualified, skilled tradesmen who take pride in their work. We are always happy to provide estimates for any works based on your requirements and whether you need from the smallest of jobs to more extensive works. Home Improvements
We are very happy with Mark's work. he encountered a few problems with our house (previous work) and approached them with a sense of humour (which was required) and we are left with a downstairs bathroom that we are really happy with. I intend to have Mark quote me for continuing work in our house when he is available. We highly recommend his work to anyone.
