I had a professional experience from the first point of contact to the finish of the job. Jay & Jordan are both very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and stick to the agreement. It was a straight forward job, and that's exactly how they handled it. No complications. Handed over a clean and tidy site. Have asked them to quote for another job. These people came and gave us a quote very promptly. Jennie was very helpful and polite on the phone. Marco turned up at the agreed time and did a wonderful job. Because we had not supplied enough skirting board, we had an issue with a join under the window. Marco came the next day and not only finished the job, but also removed the joined pieces which he had already fixed and replaced with a complete piece at no extra cost. They said only to pay when 100% happy, and we were. Excellent service.

The majority of our work deals with installation of structural members following removal of supporting walls and various house remodeling. I am also an experienced project manager and specialise in running contracts on behalf of others.
Very slow, gave me anxiety and sleepless nights, took nearly 2 weeks to complete putting in new stair rails, would only pay on a daily rate hence the time taken. When another job came in he literally chucked the wood flooring down, never seen him move so quick. Job unfinished, but I didn't want him back.
