I was quoted £170 for a full days work which involved replacing grouting around the shower and adding silicone to some areas in the bathroom. I stated I wanted the whole area on the shower wall re-grouted, however this never happened. After most of the day of them not being there they arrived and took under two hours to use silicone in very small areas on the tiling instead of the grout as requested. They even did this without consulting me first and still charged me £140. Not happy at all.

All keen to quote within hours of posting the job. Exchanged messages and wanted to book him for a quote. Sent the videos of the pipe as requested and then got deafed. Messaged to ask if it was something he could do or not. He apologised and said he'd review the video and come back to me...that was 24th March...now on 10th April and still not replied. Small bathroom totally renewed in 8 days: Ion kept the place tidy everyday after work. He gave suggestions but no pressure to get the things I like. He picked the perfect wall and floor tiles for me.
