Frankie has done an excellent job repairing my roof and some pointing above 2 windows. He also pointed out a couple of other small repairs that were needed, sent pictures and advice. The price quoted was fair and he did the work very quickly and efficiently. An excellent service and I would strongly recommend him. You have not phoned or emailed since I paid you £1800, not even a courtesy to say you had received the funds. I withheld the remainder as you did not membrane or baton as per the quote and withheld guarantees and photos of work in the loft, thus you are in breach of contract. Yesterday i went to touch up some paint that you failed to do and saw the gaps in the weatherboard and large hole. That is why I am in contact only now as I had not been in my neighbour’s garden.

This roofer left us with leaking roof and a worse state than when we started he was ask to try and correct it but after his attempts to rectify it he said he couldn’t so we were still left with a leaking roof so I wouldn’t recommend this company for roofing
