William kept his word and arrived at my address as agreed. despite me not being at home he assessed the damage, called me and we agreed for the job to be carried out. He did not only put back in place the missing tile, but also repaired the roof edges where the cements were missing.

Graham and Dave have completed my job in full and to a really high standard. The quote given was competitive and no unforeseen extras added. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would recommend Cheslett Property Maintenance and I will hopefully be using them soon to complete my project.

I hired D&N for a deep clean of my 4-bedroom, 3-storey house before new tenants moved in and was thrilled with their service. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding. The crew arrived on time, equipped with all necessary tools, and systematically cleaned every corner. Bedrooms, bathrooms, and the kitchen were left immaculate with attention to detail everywhere. James and his partner were late due to bad traffic but kept me updated via text. When they arrived we were out but obviously got straight down to work as, when we got home they had almost finished. They were polite and friendly and even reduced the price as I said I didn't need them to get rid of the rubbish. It is always a gamble choosing tradesmen you don't know but I will certainly use James and his partner for future jobs.

Robert and Scott where both brilliant, friendly, polite and kept us informed on what they were doing at all times,they turned up when they said they would, and cleaned up as much as possible before leaving, they did an excellent job and did not leave till they were satisfied and made sure we were,all in all from the first visit to the finished work very professional, and you could see that there experience and knowledge was extensive. I’m over the moon with the work Chris did for me. He fully explained what had gone wrong with my old extractor fan and he discussed options available. Chris is friendly, and cleaned up after himself. A rare thing these days!

Jez and his lads just completed my dry ridge system. They did the work when they said and the job is very neat. They took all the old ridges away and left no mess. I would highly recommend these lads.
