George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. Euan quickly responded to my job request & the job was done the same day. Job did cost more than I’d initially thought but as they did a great job, travelling a distance through challenging weather/roads on a Saturday to get it done, I think it was a reasonable price.
The company was busted and the new owners didn’t take responsibility for the warranty on the previous jobs!! Absolutely ridiculous!

I accepted an offer for building work. PT Solutions did not turn up to carry out the work neither did they give any reason for this.

BMD completed the job a head of time and within budget. The trades men were all good they respected our home and always cleaned up after themselves. Could not say a bad word about them (even the singing brickies). I am so glad I got these alterations done I got the right builder for the job.
