From the moment I got a quote Bob did all he could to sort and source this job for me. His customer service was excellent and I was kept fully informed all the way through. The job was done promptly and to a very high quality finish. From start to finish this job was handled very professionally. The price reflected the work done and I would have no hesitation is re-using or recommending this service.

It was a relief to have a builder who doesn't take on other jobs at the same time. Mark and Gaz gave a reasonable timeframe and price and stuck to it. We had recently bought the property and ended up asking for considerably more work to be done than was first advertised. This is largely testament to the fact that we had built a trusting relationship with Mark and had peace of mind that the job would get done well and for the price quoted. Yes his banter was terrible at times but you can't have it all!

There's not many people I give a personal recommendation for but this man in more than deserving of it. Did a fantastic job of stopping our chimney leaking and spent much time wanting to make sure it was perfect I felt he should have charged more. Great workmanship, sound guy and will definitely trust him with work in the future. Thank you Gavin

They came on a wet day to fit my sheds tin roof. Freindly people and did a good job. Left me some minor rubbish to tidy up but didn't warrant downgrading
