We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.

Ian was an absolue life saver. He was very quick to respond to our request, gave alternative solutions and then a price within budget. Completed external wall insulation. Did a good job. Had extra works done. There work is very good but 4 stars due to resource issues trying to complete the jobs. Would use them again.

Henry has done an excellent job in re-rendering my property and associated tasks. He showed expertise when advising me on the work to be under taken. I apologise for not having posted a rating before now. I thought I had already done so. Our loft conversion has transformed how we live.The cost was fair. The work was carried out to a good standard, quickly and tidily with minimum disruption. We are happy with the result. The "Boys" were friendly and easy to have about and full of good advice. I would use Roy again and have already recommended to others.

A garden wall needed repairing at an awkward junction with a neighbour's wall, where our coping stones had come loose and the blocks crumbled. Adam picked up the job promptly and turned up, with a colleague, the next day to complete the repair. The wall is now secure and looks neater. The work was carried out efficiently and they left the area clean and tidy.

It's been several months now job not f innished toilet didn't flush properly grouting not f innished,, basins slopes down on left and not seated on its pedestals properly, gave him £1000as he was pleading poverty and he came back 1 hour one month and 1 1/2 second month, he is too busy running his other customers down, he even cut through a hot water pipe by accident and has left tile adhesive all over my floor, doesn't clean up after himself. DO NOT EMPLOYE THIS MAN
