Originally didn’t start well on the quotation visit, however, cannot fault the company. Was contacted after the initial visit and was very apologetic, someone else came out much more professional /friendly. Agreed on the price. Surveyor Chris came out who was top notch guy and asset to the company. Was called to see if job could be done earlier. Fitter came (little later than advised), did the work needed to be done, tidied up after himself, friendly as well.

Scott did a brilliant job of relocating conservatory downpipe, he is very conscientious and will not leave anything until he is completely satisfied. There was an issue that was due to original guttering installation, which Scott promptly resolved to his satisfaction. Scott arrived promptly, very tidy and clean worker and site cleaned. Hi I’m Joe of JAS Property Maintenance and also JSB Bespoke metal and woodwork. I have recently gone back to working on my own but I have been in the building trade since I was young working with family members then to college to pass my brickwork picked up a lot along the way working with many trades which I find makes me unique as I can come in and do most things you may need. The metal and woodwork side has been the more recent years even though I still did the building and house renovating on weekends but I can make gates, fencing, security bars, fancy art products and much more.
