Scott did a brilliant job of relocating conservatory downpipe, he is very conscientious and will not leave anything until he is completely satisfied. There was an issue that was due to original guttering installation, which Scott promptly resolved to his satisfaction. Scott arrived promptly, very tidy and clean worker and site cleaned. Timing was not an issue. Unfortunately quality of the work was. We since were able to find someone we were much happier with, who did proper preparation and did not ruin our belongings by getting paint on them.
