George and his team are experienced builders, replaced my front door with a custom frame/sidelights and raising the floor level in the hallway quite quickly - in fact, they were the only who came next day, gave a quote straightaway and were ready to start in just couple of days. We believe that repairs of your existing windows and doors are usually a far more cost effective answer to replacements. We repair or replace all types of windows, doors and conservatories including Bi-fold doors, French doors, Patio doors, sash windows, casement windows, fanlight windows, roof windows etc. In our experience there is nothing we cannot repair. Used GR building to re slate my roof. after 3 weeks 2 slates came off. Repeatedly rang and left messages and he finally came back to sort it out after not appearing the first date given. 3 more slates have just come off. Even taking into account the strong winds I find it unacceptable that this can happen. I will not be asking him it sort it this time as I have no confidence he will do the job correctly and have made alternative arrangements.

Really sad to be writing this as I had high hopes for Callum as he seemed like a nice man. Sadly that is not the case. He fitted 2 kitchens for me in December for which he has been paid and neither of them are finished. One of them still has a large base unit and work top and some top units still in boxes. He was quite forceful in wanting to be paid before Christmas and has promised me on multiple occasions that he will return to complete the work and then hasn’t turned up. Do not trust
