He then arrived promptly on the day and carried out the work superbly and cleared everything up so that you hardly knew he's been here. We are very pleased with the work carried out by R and J Lubbock. Richard and Dean installed internal wall insulation in a couple of rooms in our house. They turned up on time, carried out the work carefully, and left the rooms clean and tidy at the end of the job. I would not have any problem recommending them.

Scott did a brilliant job of relocating conservatory downpipe, he is very conscientious and will not leave anything until he is completely satisfied. There was an issue that was due to original guttering installation, which Scott promptly resolved to his satisfaction. Scott arrived promptly, very tidy and clean worker and site cleaned. Reminded me of how Customer Service once was. Very pleased with result, I have no hesitation in recommending Scott from Canary Roofing.

The contractor gave excellent advise.He always turned up on time and the work was completed to schedule . During the work various minor various modifications were needed these were discussed in full and solutions found his knowledge and experience most useful. Once finished there was one minor problem which was quickly solved at no extra cost I am very pleased with the work carried out in terms of finish and cost. I would use Hackett Property Services again and am happy to recommend them.
