He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

William and his sons built a new fence and replaced our patio. They are very hard working and friendly. and dealt well with our difficult neighbour! They completed the job on time and left the site tidy. They kept to the quote even though the job involved extras. We would highly recommend them. A delight to work with!

Yanis reached out to give me a quote once I'd already received 2 quotes and moved ahead. When I politely told him this he sent me several messages saying he'd paid £45 for the job and basically that he'd wasted his money. Even when I tried to end the text message correspondence he continued to message me and send screenshots from the app. Terrible customer service and felt like serious harassment.

The tree felling was done to a very high standard. Care was taken to bring down the tree in stages so that no damage was caused to the surroundings. Matt also very kindly gave some advice to me on pruning a couple of other trees, which was much appreciated. There were issues with communications, when our appointment on a previous day was cancelled without informing us. However, they took on board that we were not happy about the no-show and re-arranged for a few days later.

We are a local church in London providing food bank and coffee mornings twice a week for the homeless. We requested for a complete repair of Fibre-glass roof which had licks Eclipse Roofing took £4000.00 pound for a complete repair and gave us 20 year warranty. The roof still lick and we have water everywhere. Fibre Matt was not installed the old Fibre not removed.presently we have had to suspend the coffee mornings because of licks to roof. We have consulted our lawyers and Citizen advise bureau.
