He replied to messages quickly, turned up when he said he would, and was correct that our tree had in fact died. Francis was very professional with his attitude and knowledge of the job that I required. he was very reasonable with his quote. didn’t ask for any money up front to start the job. which gained my trust straight away. From start to finish Francis and his team were very impressive they arrived on time each day. they made and erected a new fence exactly as I asked for. they cleaned and took away all the rubbish leaving me with nothing to do except sit back and admire there work well done lads.

I hired Four Seasons to repoint the ridge tiles and fix the slipped tile. He spent 3 hours doing this and charged £450. He suggested that the roof needed to be cleaned. He spent 2 hours doing this and charged £350. Two days later I noticed that the slipped tile was still slipped. Four Seasons said it was a patch repair and he should have removed the tile. I did not receive a receipt as promised. I paid cash.

Excellent job done at short notice. Adam came on time and cut the two trunks down and took them away very efficiently. We were very pleased with his company and will certainly use him again .
We have over 15years in the building trade. From joiners, plumbing, electricians, painters/decorators, plasterers and landscapers we have it all. We take pride in our work and carry it out to a high standard! Our customer service team are always on hand to answer any questions. Call out charge applies after hours, bank holidays and Sundays.
We needed one of our empty properties system drained whilst it remains emptied, and it was completed the same day. Great job done and would highly recommend! We have other works to be completed in the future and we will most definitely be a returning customer.

Bryan of Valley Maintenance was very good. He contacted me when he couldn't make the time to do a quote and rearranged. He turned up and was very knowledgable, and when the quote came in was happy to discuss changing aspects of the job. He turned up to do the work on the day and we are very pleased with the resulting concrete plinth he provided us with. I would use Bryan again for other work.

Spartan Construction is a new Business formed by an experienced workforce. We cover North West England but focus mainly in Lancashire and Cumbria.
Luke gave a decent quote for some roof, paving & fence work. What they did complete was good, but they did not finish the job. Communication was very frustrating and I had to constantly chase for updates. I stupidly paid the full balance after the garden was complete, but before the roof work was. It's now 9 weeks on & despite repeated assurances that they will come back (and me offering a further £200 to complete the roof work), I do not believe they intend to return. 3/5
