Excellent job, really friendly and helpful guy. Have already phoned Martin about a couple of other urgent jobs that have come up in the last few days - both toilet cisterns out of service, and he has come out and sorted them out today. Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.
