They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Countryside Trees are specialists in tree surgery with the most up to date training, because of this it allows us to have the most comprehensive insurances to cover our customers and staff, with no clauses such as height worked at. Compulsory qualification checks are also carried out. My Staff are also trained and experienced in working around live networks (Power lines), as well as being authorised to work near the network by UK Power Network. Countryside Trees will conduct a wildlife survey in line with BS8596 on the tree or hedge before they start the task to protect wildlife such as bats and nesting birds. My staff will adhere to the company environmental policy and the method of work statements. If you live within a conservation area or have trees with TPOs (Tree Preservation Orders) on them I can complete all legal applications in conjunction with your relevant council on your behalf, this is a legal requirement if either of these apply to your tree. Countryside trees responsibly recycles all green waste that is removed from our work sites. Customers can choose to keep logs for fire wood or we can take away. Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.

Tiled our kitchen floor and made a disgusting job of it. Floor not even, corners sticking up, uneven gaps between tiles, used all the tiles but didn't do under cooker and dishwasher as asked and measured for. Will not return to sort out the job, they've promised to come sort it twice and both times haven't showed up, now won't reply to our messages. Would've been happier putting he money down the toilet!
