Aaron and the team of 2 did a great job of pruning our cherry tree and it now has a nice shape. They also removed a fir tree at the same time, including root which we were also delighted with. Very efficient, just got on with it, no faffing about and very tidy. I did 4 stars rather than 5 for reliability because they didn't come in the end on the day we arranged and only let me know about 1hr before. Every company can have an off day so we rearranged and they then came as agreed. Very happy with result.
Although the guys were busy after the recent storms, they completed the job on the day I requested, took away all the old fencing, and kept me informed every step of the way. I would not hesitate to recommend them

He gave me a very reasonable quote on the spot and returned the next evening to do the job. The installation was carried out efficiently and to an excellent standard, with Keith explaining exactly what he was doing and checking that every detail was to my satisfaction before proceeding with the installation. Davood knows his job and gave plenty of good advice on the condition of one of the trees. He gave the cherry tree a very light but necessary prune and removed cross branches causing problems. I would strongly recommend him for any minor or major work.

I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
