Pros: 1) very responsive over text; 2) good price; 3) majority of fencing work was carried out to a high standard. Cons: 1) turned up very late on start day; 2) did not remove rubbish; 3) did not clean before they left (new patio was filthy); 4) used materials I had purchased for other jobs to complete their job; 5) quality of rendering on a small area of external wall was awful; 6) insistently pestered for payment having been slow at providing payment information (which we had to request from them).

Eddie did an amazing job at cutting down two trees that where overgrown in my front garden. When Eddie finished the job the area was left absolutely spottless. Everything was done so smoothly. I would highly recommend Eddie not only because he was friendly and easy too talk too and did a fantastic job at a cheap price. I was quoted £170 for a full days work which involved replacing grouting around the shower and adding silicone to some areas in the bathroom. I stated I wanted the whole area on the shower wall re-grouted, however this never happened. After most of the day of them not being there they arrived and took under two hours to use silicone in very small areas on the tiling instead of the grout as requested. They even did this without consulting me first and still charged me £140. Not happy at all.

John came out & had a look at the job & we agreed a price. I showed him the access & he said there were no problems with getting a grinder in. On the day, he sent someone else who felled the tree but left the stump. I let him know that the agreement was to grind the stump and he advised that his grinder could not do the job. I paid up because John seemed okay & I thought I could sort it out with him later. At first, it seemed likely, but he has since stopped answering. I wouldn't recommend JTS to anyone,
