Do not use this company. Sol French came and quoted, took £800 up front but didn’t complete the work. The work that was done had to be entirely redone by another contractor. Constant stream of excuses and refusing to refund the money.

Zabby arrived at 7am to quote on the work which was really convenient for us. He came back on the day we requested and arrived promptly. He worked in heavy rain to complete the job and was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely use him again and recommend him.

Admin terrible, missed first appointment. Made excuses and eventually arrived about 3 weeks late. Covid-19 was the excuse offered for missing second appointment. I had to give source for concrete posts. They worked hard, but the standard of their work is not great when it comes to cutting panels to fit non standard gaps. They are very pleasant on site, but once I paid them in full, bad mistake, they have not replied to my email requesting that they correct problems. It will be simpler to do it myself.

TREE DISMANTLING Tree removal or tree dismantling is where we tackle the tree gradually by removing limbs and branches from for the bottom up, before taking out the stump. When there isn't the space for a clear tree extraction, we will dismantle the tree. This allows very tight control of where individual limbs are placed on the ground, minimising the risk of damage to the public and any surrounding buildings. Dismantling is a great option for trees which have been planted very close to your property.

Would be NIL stars if available. Asked specifically for a strong cement mix to be used for re-grouting part of the patio. Allowed a week to harden but still crumbly. Mixture used appears to contain very little cement. Phoned up and advised and was promised a return inspection visit at 11.00am the following day. Than was nearly a fortnight ago and he still hasn't re-appeared. Hasn't returned subsequent messages left. Proceed with extreme caution ... or better still ... not at all.
