Ali was very quick to call & arrange a visit. This happened within the hour. The job was to fix the hole in the roof where 2 slates had slipped down into the gutter. We actually supplied the 2 ladders required but the 2 chaps sorted out the problem on this visit. They also secured a couple of other tiles as well & left the area clean & tidy. If I could leave 0 I would! Ended up having to call the police after they demanded payment for a gutter they put on backwards so the drain pipe does not go into a drain but just hangs over my driveway! They broke my gate and complained they had to fix it! Tried to say it was like that! They didn't fix the leaking ones either! Got very aggressive when I said I wasn't happy about the gutter being on the wrong way and threatened to destroy more of my property. Smashed plant pots as well utterly disgusting.

Local to me (NorthLondon) and came and did the job (clearing a drainpipe and the climbing plant that was blocking it) within a couple of hours of my posting. They also did an inspection of nearby eaves and roof and pointed out a couple of things that were slowly falling into disrepair. Whilst they offered to fix them, they did not put me under any pressure to have the extra work done as it was non-urgent.
