Unfortunately this job seemed to be beyond Jay's ability and we had to stop it part way through and find someone else to finish it. On the positive side Jay recognised this and was very apologetic and was certainly not trying to rip us off. But I cannot recommend him for this type of job (replacing existing front door and frame with new frame and door).

Rob and his team did a really high quality job and we are very pleased with the end result (and I am the son of a builder, so my expectations were high to start with).. The finish is excellent on the render and the quality is constant through what was a fairly large rendering job on my detached house. Thank you for the company reply.....3 months after this took place. My neighbours and I are down £360, which was what your Rated People "builder" charged us, and then of course did the runner. My comments were honest, as per the dealings with the above company. If your system had somehow been hacked, and a complete stranger turned up to our address, then I guess there are bigger issues here. In the meantime, if the company wants to compensate us for this theft, I'll be more than willing to hear from them.

Robert from K and B building services made multiple calls to make an initial appt with us. We agreed a time and date. He didn’t even turn up for the first meeting to quote or even discuss the job! How are these people allowed to sell their services on these types of sites. Absolutely shocking !
