I hired Tom trading as Plaster Master to repair bedroom ceiling and board the loft and install loft ladder and replace the loft hatch. He gave an honest estimate for the work and the time line needed to complete the project which he did on time. Garry and his team have just completed a job on a bedroom that needed sorting due to damp issues. I had damaged plaster removed and insulated boards fitted and plastered over and a new radiator installed. Quick to reply before giving the job, but failed to attend twice, and only responded after I messaged to ask where he was. Apparently another job ran long the first time, and an emergency call out the second. That's fine, things happen, but communicate with me before I have to message and waste two days waiting in for an appointment that was never going to happen.
