Family run business. Have been a bricklayer for 30 years and now my son has followed in my foot steps. I have always been proud of my work especially conservation. I have recently joined rated people because I have had enough of the site work and feel its time to slow down and offer my experience to private work. Pm building & landscapers ,with 35 years building experience we cover all aspects of building works to be carried out ,extensions ,conversions ,garages ,porches brickwork .stonework ,retainers and much more ,ins work carried out .
Fast work however great at time. We've noticed a lot of chipped tiles and missing grout. I've tried to patch up. Also uneven in places. I should have checked more clearly. They turn up.on time etc but check work after........more thoroughly than I did.

Timekeeping was spot on, the workforce was polite, cheerful and efficient at all times. Project management was fine, it was clear what was going to be done on site each day. We are delighted with the end result. Highly recommended.
I've recently used C.B. Building & Roofing Services for a recurring leak on my old roof and have been really impressed with the work Chris has done. He was able to provide me with a genuine quote quickly and was able to arrange a time to do the work that suited us both - even considering the weather! We offer a wide range of services from handyman, general DIY and building, furniture assembly, flooring, basic carpentry, tilling, fencing and garden maintenance. Gutters cleaned, home maintenance and repairs. We are able to do most types of work that people require.
We used M&L to replace our consumer unit, replace central heating controls and to re-skim a floor. The service was excellent. Matt contacted us to confirm the appointment, gave an accurate quote and charged a very reasonable rate for additional bits I asked him to do. He was polite, punctual, hard working and extremely professional. He made a hard job look easy. I have no hesitation in recommending M&L and in fact, I have done so already.
