We decided to have a new kitchen fitted after seeing work carried out by Anthony & obtaining references from previous clients.The work carried out involved taking down a wall,blocking a door,installing bifold doors & a window.Also,altering electrics & plumbing to accommodate an island area which includes a sink & dishwasher.Walls & ceilings have been plastered & decorated,underfloor heating & floor tiles laid & spotlights fitted.We highly recommend this team & are beyond delighted with the work carried out
The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

The transformation of the hallway was brilliant and it was finished to a good standard. B.H Construction were very thorough and easily adapted when we changed our minds a couple of times. Georgi completed the very complex flooring of my flat using salvaged solid oak tongue and groove boards. This job took a lot of commitment to make the best use of secondhand materials and was also very labor intensive, but he showed great perseverance and always turned up happy and chatty to do the job. I now have a flat beautifully floored in reclaimed oak. I’d definitely recommend Georgi.
