Georgi completed the very complex flooring of my flat using salvaged solid oak tongue and groove boards. This job took a lot of commitment to make the best use of secondhand materials and was also very labor intensive, but he showed great perseverance and always turned up happy and chatty to do the job. The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Giannis did an absolutely fantastic job on my rental renovation. He did almost everything from fitting new vanity units, new flooring a a new coat of paint.
