First class. Arrived punctually, replaced blocked down pipe and corner piece of gutter. Cleaned the inside and outside of entire gutter going the dxtra mile to clean the gutter abov the conservatory which no one else has managed to reach since being installed about 30 years ago. Came and offered a reasonable quote on bathroom refurb. The job was done in 4 days, which was acceptable, however when replacing the boards on the floor it's become apparent, after needing to replace a light in the kitchen below, that lots of rubble had been left under the new floorboard I.e. above the kitchen ceiling. Their were no sealant on top of the wall panels which I've had to do. The floor he laid had to be taken up as not only was it bumped up in places he'd also cut it short and lied about it
