The new insulation and acrylic render will need to be tested by time and weather - it's only been a weeks now - but I am happy with the appearance and the way the work was done. A minor disagreement about needing to apply sealant to laid-over sills was the only hiccup in an otherwise smooth process, quickly resolved. I had had a different (Bexleyheath-based) company re-render the other wall earlier, and in terms of quality, speed and communication Capital Renders wiped the floor with the other guys.

Giannis did an absolutely fantastic job on my rental renovation. He did almost everything from fitting new vanity units, new flooring a a new coat of paint. We have an experienced and disciplined team who have worked on hundreds of projects throughout London, from small jobs to larger more complex tasks such as bathroom renovations and kitchen installation, hardwood flooring, roofing ,complete renovations.
They gave me some really useful advice regarding me bing my washing machine which included the reality of lifting my floor and some kitchen cabinets. I will certainly re contact them again when I have the money together for a full kitchen makeover.. it seems silly to do what I wanted on its own.
