I had two walls in the kitchen that needed damp proofing, he initially agreed on both of them but when he came to do the job he totally denied agreeing on both of them and said he'll do one and the other one he would do it like as a favour, I didn't mind what he calls it a favour or whatever as long as it's done, but this wall never got dry and it got worse than what it was, he came a second time to fix it but still he couldn't, and after that he never came back to me even though I chased him.

4 months?Done the job feb, rang you march, you gave advice and we put 2 fans on the wall for a month and rang you back to say wall didn’t dry. I’ll post all the photos up of the job including the rusted beads and beads put over the top by your lazy plasterer and let’s remember I said cancel your plasterer when you didn’t do the job I thought you were doing and pay you just for what you done. James Morris did some structural work for us, converting our separate kitchen and lounge into an open-plan kitchen. Tom came to skim my son's ceiling but because it had old artex and very uneven he decided to put a false ceiling in, board that and then skim it. Tom is a really friendly guy, kept showing me where he was up to in the job and was very tidy and did a great overall job at a good price.
