Job was to sand the floor of our flat and we set a price. After asking for more they guaranteed to finish for the extra price. A day later they pulled out of the job leaving it un finished. They said it was due to a black tar like substance. they said they had tried everything. My painter and decorator took a torch and scrapper and had it up in minutes. They had the wrong tools and seemed like first flooring job. After contacting asking to finish he said he would get back to me but failed to be reached.

The quote was very competitive, and we thought Ryan was friendly and knew what he was talking about, so we decided to go with him. He then came round the next day - a Saturday - to fix the roof tiles, and he did an excellent job of matching the missing ridge tiles and rear tiles. Turns up on time and was very sympathetic that I work late nights & sleep in. Resourceful in getting his water somewhere else so as not to wake me. Asking around it was a very decent price.
