You need to see the pictures and the job was for screeding. I had dug up the floor in the areas that were not level. You did not even hack of the old bumps and that’s just showing through. The self levelling was not spread every where and the floor is uneven not sure what point off paying £1500 was if I was going to get an uneven floor. After a day I had paid you £1100 and you were very aggressive in requesting difference. Paid you in full and the floor is bad there are cracks and stuff.

Skimming of our kitchen dining room after a wall removal (one room with a smooth ceiling and one with Artex ceiling). Bobby and Carl arrived this morning and have worked until afternoon. They have been extremely conscience (making sure to cover doors and appliances as well as cleaning up as they go), they have done a great job plastering the ceiling of our open plan space. Highly recommended and should/ when we need any plastering work, I will be checking to see if they have any availability. Thank you

the worst job ever i have seen i hired anthony as a professional to do some finishing touches on venetian plaster but he didnt do it he took a deposit then he disappeared for three weeks telling stories that he was sick or he didn't have time when he finally came to do the job he did it even worse than before came with one can of filler and made my walls a ugly color arguing that they couldn't be done better didn't return the deposit! i don't recommend it to anyone, do not pay deposit this person

The job was so much more difficult than any of us expected and had become dangerous so I needed urgent help. Luckily Mc Neil Property Services were ready and able to take it on at short notice. We used MBBC to build a porch on our house. Robin was great in his comms, from survey through to completion we always knew where we were with him. He has a confidence in his knowledge that really helps to put your mind at ease, even when we discovered a potential problem he came up with a solution really quickly. We’re really pleased with the porch now it’s built. Robin has a good set of guys, hard working and friendly, especially Brett who was on site for the most time.
Fantastic set of builders. They undertook extensive repairs to the roof, guttering and chimney stacks, all to an excellent standard. Internally, they removed and disposed of the plaster from two large rooms, plaster-boarded and skimmed, again to an excellent standard – the plaster is as smooth as marble! They also resolved ad hoc problems as they came to light, at no extra cost. They cleaned up after each day’s work (including the pavement outside) and removed all debris. And … they finished the job on time and on budget. Being new to the area, I had been wary of employing unknown builders. But I have been left impressed beyond all expectation!

My job was the exterior painting of my house. Between quoting for the job and completion was over a month due entirely to some of the wettest, windiest weather we have had in a long time. I had regular updates from Vince apologising for the weather and as soon as the weather improved Vince was on the job and it was completed promptly to a high standard. A neat and tidy job with all waste taken care of. I would definitely use Vince for any future painting jobs. In short a top quality job at a fair price.
