This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.

Dave came round viewed what had to be done, he then sent me a quote and start date which I accepted and he showed up on the day and started the job. Lukas did a really fantastic job on my garden which was a complete Jungle.He and his assistant worked very hard and were extremely polite and courteous. He went out of his way to help me with my garden and even collected the wood-chip from the store for me. Highly recommend these 2 trustworthy, hard-working, polite guys. Definitely use again.

ACL were a pleasure to work with. We are absolutely delighted with the build and finish. It was a substantial project renovating and changing the layout throughout the whole house as as well as a sizeable rear extension. Doug project managed the build, his professionalism, communication and understanding throughout the build was exceptional. Issues that arose (not of ACL's making) throughout the 6 month project were dealt with swiftly and effectively with clear communication on options and cost.
