This project has been completed over the last 14 months with some major structural complications that we have over come with skill and perseverance. 3 types of retaining walls implemented to help secure the land. Complicated foundations, both in depth and location. 36 pile foundations at a depth of 9 meters. I am an experienced and conscientious plasterer (Apprenticeship served) please view online pics , I specialise in all aspects of plastering,which includes internal walls and ceilings, etc. I also do dry lining, rendering and general building.
There is not one word to sum up Liam, there are several; hard working, conscientious, attention to detail, changes dealt with easily and above all the finished work is Quality. Don't be fooled by his age his work is top class. After being let down twice by a supposed reputable plasterer who advertises in the local paper, I published the AD on here and Liam responded and I couldn't have asked for better. A lovely job. Carl and his team worked with me to find a date with my tricky schedule and we’re really prompt and polite in everything from arriving on time, clearing up, getting started and working hard. Carl has checked I’m happy and is coming back to do two tiny things that I wanted changed (not his fault) which I really appreciate.
