Koyar did an excellent job! Our hall ceiling had fallen down, he rebuilt it and plastered it. He also stripped all the wallpaper from the hall stairs landing walls, the sanded and prepared them to perfection. So good they don't need painting! A very professional gentleman, takes his time and cares about doing a good job. Always tidies up every day too!

I definitely chose the most reliable, honest and hardworking to replace my ceiling and plaster after a leak and the complete dismantling of my ceiling. Chas was honest from the start, explained exactly what his plan was, and stuck to it, He kept me informed, turned up on time and never stopped, although a very messy job. Just had a hallway and a room skimmed, price was in line with other quotes. Upon starting work I found Ian polite and easy to communicate with, he is a very tidy worker and the quality of work is very good. I am very pleased with the result. I left Ian a key to the house as I had to go to work which he posted through the letter box every night, proving his honesty aso there were nonly issues. I will definitely be asking him to complete any further plastering I need in the future.
