They were really professional compared to the other builders that came and contacted me. The Project Manager was also on hand to answer any questions I had and offered me adviced on how best to move forward. We ended up refurbishing our entire bathroom which is looking great now. I would highly recommend London Builders.

Matt gave us a detailed estimate and set out his terms clearly. He was polite and professional and carried out the refurb of our cloakroom to a good standard, leaving everything clean and tidy. I have over 25yrs in the trade with lots of experience in all aspects of building, with main background in carpentry and plastering. I was a site manager for 10yrs now semi retired and doing customer care maintenance. I am knowledgeable in all areas of building works. I now re trained and now offer Venetian Plastering and looking at only offering this service.

George Bancroft and his team-mate Jimmy did an excellent job. Installed new gate-posts and re-hung heavy driveway gates. Gates now hang much better and close-up together better than they have for years. George and Jimmy worked hard and with good will, the price was right, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Jon said he would be on site 0800 Tuesday and that the job would take two days. I wait in for him, he then advises at 08:47 on that he wont be there but promises to be there 0800 Wednesday. Arrives 09:45 Wednesday. I arranged access for him and was at work on Thursday and didn’t realise until he messaged me at 15:24 that he hasn’t turned into work again, can he come back on Saturday. Messages at 05:28 on Saturday saying he can’t come in but can do tomorrow (Sunday). Messed us around. Won’t use again.
