We were more than happy with the quote. Chris also quoted for tiling the floor. We found that Chris worked to a very high standard, he is a very polite and friendly chap. we were extremely pleased with the finished porch and Chris left everything very tidy. We have re booked him to tile our bathroom and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else.
Kurt Davis is good at communicating and listening to his customers, responds quickly and aims to give customers what they want. The quality of his work is good and he works efficiently. There were only a couple of minor 'snags' at the end of the job and he quickly returned to put them right.

Came along quickly to complete the job, which we are very pleased with. In fact he managed to get the job done quicker than expected. The nice smooth ceilings look so much better than the previous silk painted artex, and a difficult job was made easy with his expertese. We are a building repair company who have been successfully providing services to insurance companies and local authorities since 2004. We specialise in urgent response repairs on insurance claims where flooding, subsidence and other problems occur.
This was one of those jobs that had various problems from the start. Having said that SMS did put them all right without complaint. The quote given for the clearing of the site AND the complete redesign was excellent. The original deadline was missed by a long way primarily due to misjudging the anomalies of the site (eg the underlying concrete was a lot thicker than anticipated). SMS were slow in clearing the site after the work was done - it took almost three weeks before the last of the rubble and debris were moved. Overall, I am pleased with the work done and the final result and would be prepared to use them again.
