Ben is a highly competent and reliable builder. He completed our kitchen/garage conversion and bathroom work efficiently and to a great standard. Ours was a complex job with many different components all of which Ben tackled with no complaints, routinely offering practical solutions to any issues that arose which enabled us to retain our look and feel while keeping to budget. With us for nearly 7 weeks, Ben was very friendly at all times and we felt totally happy leaving him alone with keys to the house.
Andy and Dan together with their team of local tradesmen provided us with a 1st class job. Our garage conversion into 2 rooms was completed on time, to an excellent finish and to the exact budget they quoted. My names Tom, I have been in the real estate sector for over 10 years and have done everything from general property maintenance, new bathrooms, painting/decorating, demolition contracts and most recently constructed 9 ultra high spec homes. High quality and impeccable workmanship are key values to me and ensuring the client is satisfied and more with the work they are receiving. I have decided to further expand and diversify my business reaches and so my rated people account is new, however my experience in the industry is far from that. I am very well connected with all trades and can provide a top tier service for all types of project management no matter how big or small the job may be. I am also extremely capable at doing many manual labour jobs, but often favour a shorter timeline for my clients project completion and therefore prefer to draft in experienced trades to get the job completed. Above all I am very friendly, well spoken and always keen to deliver what is asked of me.
Tom responded very quickly. Arrived promptly at our agreed time. Very professional & offered more ideas. Stated quote would be in provided within 2 weeks so we are now just waiting for receipt. 4 stars only as no work commenced yet.
The end result was outstading and carried out in a very professional manner. The space we were working with was awkward and there were no bedroom/ wardrobe specialists who could create something in the space we had. Dom had one initial site visit and took all measurements down before completeing the work off site. The wardrobes, drawers and shelves were then fitted in one day. What was created looks as though it has always been there which is superb given the space he had to work with. Well recommended.
The painter turned up in good time every day, worked at good speed and was very tidy. He even cleaned up previous mistakes (paint on woodwork etc.). The job was done well and was great value for money. Would definately use this form again and would highly recommend.
Having worked in plastering since 1997 there not much in the job im yet to see . Good at my job what more can i say!

Hello my name is Ross I am new to this site after being introduced to it by friend I've been in the trade for approximately 15 years I went to Coventry technical college to do my NVQ in plastering after completing my apprenticeship I went on to subcontracting work on big commercial sites I carried on doing site work for several years to build up my speed and quality of works after gaining confidence and producing a high standard of work I started up my own company several years back doing domestic work and taking on insurance work I cover all aspects of plastering and leave works carried out clean and tidy to a high standard
