I am new to Rated People, however I have 7 years experience in the building trade,
I'm afraid i had to change my rating because we came across an issue with a part of bath fitted in our bathroom after the job was done. We contacted Liviu and asked him to come and fix it, after a few times contacting him, he arranged to come in but never turned up and have been ignoring our calls ever since, so i am very disappointed with the fact that there was no after care service provided.
We are a small business that offer a great, reliable service to a very high standard of work. We strive off of customer satisfaction. We normally undertake plumbing, gas heating and carpentry works, with very competitive prices.

However, I did warn Kyle, that I had so much to say that 512 might not be enough- I will try to keep it short and to the point! Sometimes, passage of time provides an insight into the quality of work & reliability of a tradesman. Soon after my job was done, two windows developed internal condensation. Mark initially defended but visited us to have a look & accepted his fault. Promised to have this fixed. But time after time,after repeated calling he kept on providing fake promises & finally has now stopped taking my calls as well. My strong advise-avoid. If a windows expert cannot handle a window, then you can guess his skill level!

They were very dodgy and unreliable. They took all the agreed money but never came back to finish the job. I was left without a kitchen, cooking utilises and drinking water for two whole months as no other builders were willing to pick up the mess they left behind. The garden was a complete mess with concrete and heavy building rumble. I strongly advise people to be wary of hiring them.

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process.
