John is a really nice guy, I'd love to rate his actual work but after chasing for quotes for a few weeks I should have realised. I've been constantly chasing for three months to get the work complete. No option but to return insurance cheque for payment for the work I can't get completed and go through the whole process again with someone reliable. Shame as i said he seemed a really nice guy!.

Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits

Amazing service From Alen and his team. His quote beat the competition by far, but without any compromise on the windows. We were only planning to have new wooden double glazed windows for the front of the house, but were actually able to have new windows for the whole house. Alen also made suggestions which we had not thought about. He said we would have beautiful new windows and he has delivered. Clean, polite and kept informed throughout the process. Came out to quite rapidly and price seemed decent. So many reasons not to make agreed time to do work across a month, until I finally gave in trying to get him to do the work. Me chasing night before to be told wouldn’t be there next day, as opposed to him letting me know.
Gave a good impression when he came to price up the work. After the work was completed there were issues with the overall standard of the finish and also a problem with a specific aspect of the work. Tried to contact him in order for this to be corrected but he did not answer my calls or respond to messages. Had to get someone else to put it right. I would not recommend this tradesman.
