Good tradesman, well equipped with quality tools, attention to detail - e.g. the powered plane used to trim doors to fit had a dust bag to collect the shavings was impressive, also first task inside the door was to fit overshoes to protect my new carpets. New screw fixings used as appropriate too to eliminate unknowns. We'd had a pre call on the 'phone to understand these requirements and fully delivered on them. Most excellent, discussed other capabilities too, to keep in my address book.

We are Business owners Chris and Liam. Chris has been in the industry 26 years and has a multitude of experience, a time served joiner by trade but can turn his hand to anything. NVQ level 6 Qualified with IOSH, SMSTS, Asbestos Awareness amongst others. Liam has been in the industry for 14 years and is a qualified electrician by trade and can turn his hand to anything. Asked for roofer...to clean gutters and sort leak out in roof..ended up with a young lad...who brought ladders that did not reach the roof..told me he would jet wash roof, come with his dad sort problem out...at the end mr Vespa plastering was not a roofer...didnt bring jet wash..told me he's not a roofer...didn't fully clean the guttering didn't put the clips on guttering and didnt see where the leak was coming from..our problem still unresolved ...then tells me he only deals in fascias and soffits
