Damaged the dress table by using electrical screwing machine instructions clearly advise NOT to use an electrical screwdriver. The doors are not level and drawers not closing properly. Blamed the manufacturer but this is high end table from a respected manufacturer.. poor quality service.

I am a general builder that has many skills, I have built extentions, fitted kitchens and bathrooms, removed and rebuilt interior walls, fitted windows and doors. I also have done all specialist types of external rendering, I also tile walls and floors not only with your everyday tiles but I also do natural products such as stone. Our build prerequisites were to divide a room & close an open archway, build two extra walls, move steps and a handrail, put in two entrances with doors for the new build and paint & carpet this area. Matthew (MDCC Construction) was qualified and very helpful – giving us good advice. He is an honest, tidy and thorough builder, willing to accommodate the building manager's questions and happy to make amendments. We were thrilled with the speed and finish of this build, and we will definitely use them again.

Seemed to know what he was doing, but as the job was due to start, he didn't order materials for the job in time, ordered wrong materials, don't write anything down. Communication was poor and was all over place. Quality of workmanship turned out to be really poor in the finishing, many mistakes, had to point out and question his work. was very pushy and manipulate to be paid before completing, then tried adding monies to rectify his mistakes. Then left the job before completing. Never use this man.

Paul replaced the windows and a door in my 2 story garage. He turned up when he said he would , did the work professionally and left the area clean and tidy. When I asked for a bit of extra work (repainting the fascia board) he called round to check the site, and arranged for a colleague to do this. Price very competitive compared to the big companies.

Chris replaced a glazed panel with a solid panel and fitted a cat flap efficiently. In addition, he ordered the cat flap I preferred to the make he usually fits. My elderly cat was used to this brand.
